JoAnne develops winning strategies for Farmer's Hat Productions, using her 20 years of sales, marketing and product training experience. She also co-authors the Bur Bur and Friends™ read-aloud book series.
JoAnne has worked with numerous community causes and education programs that benefit children, including serving on the advisory council for Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE). She has a Masters of International Management in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas.

Kakie drives the marketing and branding efforts for Farmer's Hat Productions, with over 16 years of experience as a marketing and communications professional. As a co-author, she lends her creative voice to the Bur Bur and Friends™ book series. In the community, Kakie has worked extensively on children's causes, including La Oportunidad, a Latino nonprofit.
She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Thomas, with a double major in Business Management and Communications.

Lindsay is the up-and-coming young illustrator behind the Bur Bur and Friends™ series. Her work also appears in the book The Trendmaster’s Guide: Get a Jump on What Your Customer Wants Next, by Robyn Waters, former VP of Trends at Target. Lindsay is currently completing her degree in Graphic Design at the University of Wisconsin.
